Chelsea Giles, Practice Manager

Chelsea has worked for Dr. Moulton since April of 2009.  She has worked in all areas of the practice and is honored to lead Dr. Moulton's team.  Chelsea has done treatment coordinating, surgical assisting, implant coordinating, marketing, training, front office, human resources....if it needs done, she probably does it! Her main priority is ensuring that each patient is completely comfortable: from their initial call, throughout the entire treatment process and returning them to their general dentist's care; she ensures that they are treated with the highest level of integrity and that each patient receives excellent care from our team. Chelsea strives to build and maintain a strong team with members who believe in and support Dr. Moulton’s goals, ethics and philosophies.

If you have questions about any of the treatment that Dr. Moulton provides or recommends, Chelsea is always available to talk through it with you.  She assists Dr. Moulton with the Spear Study Clubs that he moderates for local referring dentists, orthodontists and endodontists.  Chelsea loves to help patients better understand their periodontal condition.

Chelsea is a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers and hopes to start a local chapter soon.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and spent 9 years in the Mental Health field and 3 years in Criminal Justice prior to coming to work for Dr. Moulton. Dentistry had always interested her and her love of learning, coupled with Dr. Moulton’s love of teaching combined for a great team.  In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys golfing with her husband Steve.  They always seem to be running somewhere with their 2 younger daughters’ sporting activities.  Chelsea looks forward to spending time this year with her oldest daughter, son-in-law & brand new grandson!

Carrie Heer, Finance & Insurance Coordinator

Carrie has worked for Dr. Moulton since August of 2010.  Her main priority is to help patients with finance and insurance. She enjoys being able to help patients get the treatment they need in a way in which they can afford. Carrie is diligent in working with insurance companies to make sure that your claim gets paid as quickly as possible. She enjoys the satisfaction of knowing that she has helped patients get the best treatment available for their unique situation. Carrie was actually a patient of Dr. Moulton’s prior to her employment and this has helped her to see things with a unique perspective and to exceed in her role as Finance and Insurance Coordinator.

Carrie has worked in the medical field for about 20 years and has always enjoyed being able to help patients.  She is from the San Francisco Bay Area, where she was born in San Francisco, California.  She began as a nursing assistant and worked in several areas as a CNA @ Stanford University Medical Center before graduating with her Certificate in Medical Assisting at The Bryman Institute in San Jose, California. Carrie also worked in the Intensive Care Unit at Stanford and went on to work in the Trauma Department as the County Registrar.  She moved to Idaho when she married her husband John, who is a native Idahoan. Together they have 5 children and one grandchild. They enjoy traveling, music and all types of physical activity.
